Liberty knows cognitive impairment requires special attention that often includes around-the-clock supervision, specialized communication techniques, management of bizarre/difficult behaviors,  and help with activities of daily living (ADLs), (bathing, eating, transferring from bed to a chair or wheelchair, toileting and/or other personal care). That's why Liberty requires our employees to successfully complete ongoing training and keep updated on the latest home care practices to enhance our clients' daily living while preserving independence and dignity. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI)
  • Alzheimer’s/Dementia
  • Memory Care
  • Lou Gehrig Disease (ALS)
