Autism Spectrum Disorder
We provide non-medical home and community-based supports for individuals with autism, helping them build independence, develop daily living skills, and actively participate in their communities. Our services are person-centered and tailored to each individual’s strengths, goals, and support needs.
Our trained staff work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community settings to promote confidence, routine, and meaningful engagement with the goal to increase confidence and independence in daily living.
Life Skills Coach
A Life Skills Coach provides one-on-one support to help individuals develop everyday skills needed for greater independence at home and in the community.
Support may include:
Building daily routines and organizational skills
Personal care and self-management skills
Cooking and basic household tasks
Money management and budgeting basics
Communication and social skill development
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Job Coach
A Job Coach supports individuals in gaining, learning, and maintaining employment within the community. The focus is helping individuals succeed in meaningful employment.
Support may include:
Job readiness and workplace preparation
Assistance learning job duties and expectations
On-site support during employment training
Building workplace communication and social skills
Developing independence and confidence at work
Community Mentor
A Community Mentor helps individuals safely engage in community activities while developing social connections and life experiences. This service promotes inclusion, confidence, and community participation.
Support may include:
Participation in recreational and social activities
Practicing community navigation and safety skills
Building friendships and social confidence
Support during outings, appointments, and events
Encouraging independence in community settings
Respite Services
Support may include:
Respite services provide temporary relief for caregivers while ensuring individuals continue to receive safe, supportive care. Respite services help support both the individual and their family by promoting balance and continued well-being.
Supervision and companionship at home or in the community
Engagement in structured activities
Maintaining routines and daily supports
Short-term care to allow caregivers time to rest or attend personal needs
